I would like to tell you a few of my own diaper humiliation stories as personal experience is always best.

Colin's wife puts him in diapers
Colin's wife, Rachel, had quite a dominant personality. She was also very nurturing, and always wanted kids. After trying unsuccessfully to have a baby for many years, the doctor informed them, that the chances of conception were extremely small. Rachel went into a deep depression for many days, as she had always wanted to be a mommy. Then she hit on a brilliant idea. Colin, she barked at supper a few nights later. I have decided that I am bored being your wife. I have decided to be your mommy. You will become a baby, and I will nurture you, feed you, change your diaper, and play with you. Colin didn't really know what to say. And I am not taking no for an answer she continued. If you don't like it, I will find someone else to play with. Colin coughed and mumbled that he would try it out, and see if he liked it. Secretly, he loved the idea of regressing back to being a baby filled with bliss and innocence. She stuck a dummy in his mouth, and reminded him that he was too young to speak. Then she removed his clothes, and put an adult diaper, and adult baby clothes on him, that she had purchased in secret over the internet. He started to make baby noises, and Rachel was cooing into his ear. Now there's a good little baby. Aren't you? Mommy loves you darling, and will always look after you. Colin started to feel a really warm glow, as he realized that he was experiencing the powerful unconditional love of him mommy. All he had to do was to surrender into the experience. Ga ga ga ga goooo, were the words that spontaneously came out of his mouth. Although his new role in his marriage was minutes old, he was already starting to totally identify himself as Rachel's darling baby boy. Oh, aren't you sweet, she said. Here are some crayons, and some paper. Would you like to draw mommy a picture of a river? Colin proceeded to draw something that bore no resemblance to a river. However, the image of flowing water must have entered his subconscious, as pretty soon, there was a certain smell emanating from his diaper - urine! Oh, has baby wet himself already?, Rachel lovingly responded. She was happy at this, as it gave her a chance to try out her nappy changing skills for the first time. Never mind. Mommy will make it better. Life was never the same in that household. Although they did revert back to husband and wife mode when needed, they much preferred the mommy/baby dynamic. Generally people find adult baby girls, a harder concept than adult baby boys purely because of gender.
But just as in males adult baby girls, also feel the need to relinquish control and be nurtured in a certain manner.
It is normally rarely sexual but a strong emotional desire to be in a place where they feel safe and loved.
Also they may have an even stronger desire to look and smell like a baby with pretty bonnets and dresses on as they may have clear memories of when they themselves were an infant.

The next morning at breakfast Rachel asked: "Colin. How do you like the idea of me breastfeeding you?"
Colin thought about it a bit. It would certainly be taking this mommy / adult baby thing to its next logical step. And he did love sucking and chewing Rachel's breasts during sexual foreplay.
